Had to wait for 2 days for the technician but with the instructions from box, you can start yourself without waiting.In the box: 10 disposable mops, 1 washable mops, 2 side brushes, 1 main brush, Mopping plate, Deebot, Dust chamber with HEPA filter, Charging Dock, Cable, User Manual, Cleaning BrushCleaning performance: Superb cleaning with 4 power options - Quiet, Normal, Max and Max+. Lower suction means lower battery consumption. With higher suction power even the minutest dust particles will be cleaned up (Good if you have children in the house). Higher suction also means you need to clean the dust chamber more frequently. In all the 4 power options, the house will look clean and will collect most visible dust. The higher options are for deep cleaning. Also if you have groves or areas that accumulate dust over time in the flooring, the higher power will pull out dust from these tiny places.Cleaning Pattern: 1st edges of the room are cleaned and then it will run a north-south or east-west cleaning pattern inside the edges. No specific patterns like Y or Spiral)Mopping Performance: The mopping also has electronically controlled water usage - Low, Medium, High, Ultra High. The app shows warnings when using High and Ultra High (The robot may slip due to water on the floor) but I have been using High water flow on ceramic tiles and have not faced such a problem. The wheels of the robot have good grip which help with the higher water settings. The mopping will become more and more effective over time with usage of the reusable mopping pad (As it gets older, more area will touch the floor than a new mopping pad. For the 1st week, the mopping is not as good as the mopping pad does not entirely touch the floor but with usage the shape of pad will adapt and you will get better results.)Corner Cleaning: 1-2 cms of wall corners may not be cleaned, esp. if you don't have straight walls (E.g. if you have a bathroom door, which has a 1 cm cutout in the wall, then the corner area around the door might not be cleaned). 90 degree wall corners may have a 1-2 cm area which is not cleaned, however the side brushes are large enough for most of these corners. All other areas with obstacles, such as chair or table legs will be properly cleaned (Deebot may run around them 2 or 3 times).Corner Mopping: As the Deebot's mop is round, it will not reach the corners, expect a 5-6 cm area in the 90 degree wall corners not being mopped. However on straight walls, the cleaning is very effective as it may only miss 1-2 cms, which however will be cleaned by side brushes.IMPORTANT: If you have black furniture, Black stone / wall tiles, mirrors or any reflective furniture at the height where Deebot's Top mounted laser is located, the corner area near that black furniture will not be cleaned by Deebot. It is a remarkable addition to the home. There are a few things I liked about it.1. Its navigation system is very good at avoiding obstacles and ensures there are no areas left unattended. Also, it works very quietly.2. It has a longer battery life.3. Its app is user-friendly, and it has a feature to assign an area where you do not want it to enter. It has multiple cleaning Modes like Spot cleaning, automatic cleaning etc.4. It is very easy to maintain, emptying the dustbin and cleaning the brushes is all you need.Like any product, this one is not without some minor drawbacks but its special features especially its navigation system make it worthwhile. It really does save a lot of time and effort in the daily cleaning.Overall, Even though it costs a bit, I feel it a worthwhile the money spent.

Product features and service. I am using this since last four months, No doubt product is very good. It is working fine. What could I have observed during this period that if you consider for vaccum cleaning it is having good performance for collecting dust, hairs. But for mopping it is just satisfactory. It can't remove any spot on the floor that you have to clean manually and you can't be totally dependent on this, sometime twice a week you have to do mopping manually for shining the floor. It can be used as part time help, still you can't escape from manually mopping and cleaning. Maintenance part and spare parts are quite costly. It's service centre are less in India. It is also a drawback. Overall after sale service is good. I would have given five star if mopping could have been better. This is my opinion.

You can make the robot clean your room by pressing the auto button on its upper surface. Also there are low charge indicator. It also notifies you when its cleaning is complete. Cleans a room very fast. The robot has a huge battery so you can clean your whole house or approx 2000 sq feet in a single charge . The robot is very easy to maintain. The main brush is almost tangle free means no threads or hairs get sticked on them.I am in kolkata. The customer care service is very good. Phone call service is also good . You can ask any queries at phone . After the delivery , brand executive comes to your home to give demo of the product. They offer free door step service during one year warranty period , all you have to do that is registering the product on the warranty website of ecovacs india.Some important things which you need to know about the robot are- At the first day robot will take some more time to clean your room . It will get fast day by day.- The robot is often unable to find charging dock when it is placed in a complex route.- Robot needs sufficient light in order to clean efficiently. Decent Robovac to start with. The media could not be loaded. First about the delivery, the manufacturer packing was good and strudy. Over this, there was a protective box and again covered by Amazon Box, which was awesome.This Robovac is a very decent product to start with. Well built with good finishing. Compact charging station which does it's job. Suction power is good with standard, high and max+ variation options. Spot and Edge cleaning modes are really good. Under furniture cleaning is a plus, as long as the ground clearance is more than 8". Anti fall sensors does it's job. Amazed by it's mopping ability. Got my living room, kitchen and master bed room mopped in one glass of water (~250mL). Good water saving.Speed of movement is good enough. Completes a room of say 180 Sq.ft in 15 to 20 mins.Noise is very less. It's lesser than what I have posted in video, in reality.Ecovac app itself is super cool. Easy to connect and even in multiple phones. Excellent statistics about the Robovac running parameters and good controls just as much needed.A full charge last longer. I m yet to drain and check it.Easy to empty trash, clean the brushes, empty water from the Robovac itself.Things to be catious or aware about:You need to monitor it. It's a basic model. So, it doesn't remembers where it completed cleaning. At very rare times, you need pause and lift/place it at uncleaned location. Any thin cloth or paper lying in floor can get tangled in suction port. The main brush gets tangled at some times when lot of loose hairs are on floor. But you will get notifications for all of it.In short, given the fast life style, it's worth a buy.About the after sales demo, I had to bit stand on my nerve while dealing with Frootle support coordinator. After a rough patch could get an in-person visit for Demo. This took more than 48hours after the product is delivered. Amazon customer care is helpless on this part other than raising an internal log. Moreover Amazon gave an incorrect call centre number of Frootle and when I called, it landed to some Air quality products section and again they gave a different number for Ecovac.The person visited for demo, Mr. Koteswaran was awesome. Patiently explained about the product and clarified all our queries with smiling face even though it was a late evening visit. Kudos to this guy!If you are OK in semi automating you home floor cleaning process, then go for it without worrying about minor shortfall!

Love it. We decided not to keep a help about 6 years ago. Reasons: so dependant on them, need to wait till they turn up, never know when they will not, sometimes wait till afternoon. In the meantime house is untidy and desperately crying for attention (in Bangalore, given the dust levels, dust and dirt accumulates if left for some hours!). Also the cleaning done by them, however good they are, leaves much to be desired, given the fact they work in several places.I've been using a manual vacuum cleaner for many years ever since they came to India (my trusty and dependable 35 year old Eureka Forbes one) for upholstery, carpets, windows and sometimes floors in my parents place first, then mine. So not new to vacuum cleaners.I've been planning to buy a robotic vacuum cleaner since about a couple of years now. Finally decided to invest in one, in great trepidation, as they are very expensive and if they don't clean as expected, it's a waste of a lot of money.After a lot of research, finally settled on ILife A80 model primarily as I wanted the best within 20 k, approx the cost of a mid range mobile, thinking that if it turns out great, I will buy a high end one after 3 or 4 years (bought during the Great Indian Festival Sale so got a very good discount). And I've not looked back or regretted since!Review after a month+ of use. Will edit later after a few months of use if there are any other comments that would help possible purchasers to make a decision.Pros:1. Excellent sales and customer support services. They called immediately after the delivery of my robot cleaner and arranged a demo at home. They frequently call to follow up on my experience and if I need any help.2. Demo was excellent and helpful.3. Programming and controlling the robot thru app or remote makes things so easy.4. It is very quiet, noise level is very minimal on least or within 25% suction setting.Vacuums up even the finest tiniest particle of dust or dirt and a lot of larger things like fallen peanuts, pieces / cuttings of paper (I read in a review that it doesn't but that's not been my experience) - other than of course A4 size or large crumbled balls of paper which anyway should be on a table or in a dustbin not lying around on the floor!), etc.In fact just to test it, I ran it for the first time after I myself had finished sweeping and mopping the floor. And the amount of dust it still managed to suck up was incredible! Actually I was shocked - it was so unbelievable!5. Sensors are very good, when it senses furniture in the way, it slows down. If it's a table or chair leg, it goes around the leg, cleaning as it goes under and around the legs.6. Love the mapping function. It follows it's own programming, and cleans apparently randomly, but far more effectively than a human. It first cleans all around the edges of the room then either goes up and down the length and width of the room or diagonally across it. Rarely repeats (though slightly overlaps the previous path - which is good, as anything that gets pushed outside it's reach the first time, gets picked up when it turns and comes back on the overlapping run).7. Can just be left to do its own thing - no supervising necessary 😄8. Saves a lot of my time, at least an hour or more a day + saves my back too!9. There are 2 different units for vacuuming dry and wet mopping. Easy to remove and interchange.10. Mopping is good enough for daily cleaning (again, given the dust in India). It has a tank capacity of 300 ml max, sufficient to clean my home. At the end of the cleaning there's barely any water left.11. Love the edge cleaning, spot cleaning, increasing or decreasing suction power and increasing or decreasing water usage for mopping functions provided. As well as manual control of direction when needed.12. Cleaning the robot vacuum is manual in this model - no self clean, but easy to do.13. Goes home by itself most times. Very rarely for some reason, gets a little confused even if it's just 2 to 3 feet away, and needs a little help. But that's very very rare. It eventually does find its way even if it's not helped.Love the way it quietly shuts off most of it's power and goes very slowly home to its docking station (like it's very tired after all the work it just did! Gives me a good laugh every time! 😂).Cons:1. Mopping of course (at least in this model) though good cannot be as good as a human mopping using a bucket of water, rinsing the mop often in between and changing water when it gets dirty. Since the mopping unit has only a small thin microfiber mopping cloth it cleans the entire house using this one cloth utilising the 300 ml of water in its tank. Though I'm very happy with this robotic vacuum cleaner, I still resort to manual mopping once a week (but that's just me!).2. Hard dirt stains on floors if any need to be cleaned manually either before or after, as the robot mopping is a gentle wiping motion not an actual scrubbing action.3. It would help if a small division in tank is provided for floor wash detergent or phenyl etc.4. I feel slightly larger side brushes (legs) would help clean the edges and corners better.All in all, very very happy with my robot vacuum cleaner. Es muy práctica de usar, limpia excelente, ayuda muchísimo en las labores de la casa cuando tienes perritos o gatitos por el tema de los pelitos y al descargarse regresa a su fuente de carga, NO es muy silenciosa, pero nada que perturbe. Es muy práctica de usar, limpia excelente, ayuda muchísimo en las labores de la casa cuando tienes perritos o gatitos por el tema de los pelitos y al descargarse regresa a su fuente de carga, NO es muy silenciosa, pero nada que perturbe.
