Excellent product. The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a DEEBOT Y1 PRO robot vacuum cleaner, and it has truly transformed my daily routine. My only gripe is that, since it has only one brush, it sometimes pushes the dust and dirt it's sweeping into an already cleaned area. A perfect balance of price and performance. Very happy with the product performance.Installation: Very easy to start using. Had to wait for 2 days for the technician but with the instructions from box, you can start yourself without waiting.In the box: 10 disposable mops, 1 washable mops, 2 side brushes, 1 main brush, Mopping plate, Deebot, Dust chamber with HEPA filter, Charging Dock, Cable, User Manual, Cleaning BrushCleaning performance: Superb cleaning with 4 power options - Quiet, Normal, Max and Max+. Lower suction means lower battery consumption. With higher suction power even the minutest dust particles will be cleaned up (Good if you have children in the house). Higher suction also means you need to clean the dust chamber more frequently. In all the 4 power options, the house will look clean and will collect most visible dust. The higher options are for deep cleaning. Also if you have groves or areas that accumulate dust over time in the flooring, the higher power will pull out dust from these tiny places.Cleaning Pattern: 1st edges of the room are cleaned and then it will run a north-south or east-west cleaning pattern inside the edges. No specific patterns like Y or Spiral)Mopping Performance: The mopping also has electronically controlled water usage - Low, Medium, High, Ultra High. The app shows warnings when using High and Ultra High (The robot may slip due to water on the floor) but I have been using High water flow on ceramic tiles and have not faced such a problem. The wheels of the robot have good grip which help with the higher water settings. The mopping will become more and more effective over time with usage of the reusable mopping pad (As it gets older, more area will touch the floor than a new mopping pad. For the 1st week, the mopping is not as good as the mopping pad does not entirely touch the floor but with usage the shape of pad will adapt and you will get better results.)Corner Cleaning: 1-2 cms of wall corners may not be cleaned, esp. if you don't have straight walls (E.g. if you have a bathroom door, which has a 1 cm cutout in the wall, then the corner area around the door might not be cleaned). 90 degree wall corners may have a 1-2 cm area which is not cleaned, however the side brushes are large enough for most of these corners. All other areas with obstacles, such as chair or table legs will be properly cleaned (Deebot may run around them 2 or 3 times).Corner Mopping: As the Deebot's mop is round, it will not reach the corners, expect a 5-6 cm area in the 90 degree wall corners not being mopped. However on straight walls, the cleaning is very effective as it may only miss 1-2 cms, which however will be cleaned by side brushes.IMPORTANT: If you have black furniture, Black stone / wall tiles, mirrors or any reflective furniture at the height where Deebot's Top mounted laser is located, the corner area near that black furniture will not be cleaned by Deebot. The laser is not able to properly recognize that it is a wall and will run a few centimeters away from that wall. This is important to consider if you have substantial amount of blacks in your house as the cleaning will be less effective.Mapping: The 1st run will map the entire house and you need to follow Deebot as it maps so that no areas are obstructed. Subsequent runs will update the map with any obstacles e.g chairs and tables if they were not initially mapped. The N8 version does not have additional sensors as the pro version. So it may crash into smaller items that the top mounted laser cannot directly see. Also, you can save at maximum of 2 maps at a time (2 floors). The 1st run will be a very random cleaning pattern. After the 1st run, you can edit the rooms (Divide or merge areas) and rename the rooms based on some preset options like Living room, bed room, kitchen, etc.). Once the rooms are mapped, Deebot will clean each room in the subsequent run and then you will be able to see proper cleaning pattern)The created maps are not editable (you cannot move or adjust boundaries). You have option to add virtual boundaries (as a line or as a rectangle box) where the robot should not go. This is extremely useful if you have mirrors or reflecting furniture at the height of Deebot. Deebot's laser reflects off the mirrors and assumes there is area of the house where it may be able to go (behind the mirror). So you need to manually block this mapped area behind the mirror with a virtual boundary or box. Deebot will automatically detect carpets and not mop over them (if you have installed mopping plate, then Deebot will ignore carpet area). Also there is an option to mark areas as no mop areas (Similar to Virtual boundary).Application Use: I used the android application for setup and regular cleaning functions. The app has an advanced mode, which works as per the stored map. If you turn it off, Deebot will start cleaning wherever you place it. E.g. I have a balcony which can't be accessed by the Deebot directly. I can pickup and place it in the balcony, turn advanced mode off and start cleaning. Once it is done, it will return to the place where you put it and notify that docking station is not accessible.The app also has 3 cleaning modes with advanced mode turned on. Area cleaning (Select a room or multiple rooms to clean), Auto clean (Clean the entire house), Custom Cleaning (Select an area on the map to clean).You can preset the sequence in which you want to clean the rooms. You can also set different vacuum and water levels for each room (or can use a common setting for the entire house). You can also preset how many times (Options are once or twice) you want to clean a specific room. You can also set multiple cleaning schedules based on which room you want to clean at what time of the day. Deebot will start working automatically. However, this is not advisable if you are mopping. As per the technician you must remove mopping plate after use. If any water leaks onto the parts, it may void warranty.There is an option to auto boost suction on carpets (to Max+). You can set the option for continuous cleaning, i.e. whether you want Deebot to auto restart cleaning if it runs out of charge midway. (Deebot will only recharge partially based on the remaining cleaning area, resume the cleaning, and then return to recharge - this saves time)The app also shows usage period of accessories in hours and the total expected usage time. It is an Ecovacs recommendation to replace the accessories - Side Brush, Main Brush, HEPA Filter. This area of the app also shows how to clean or maintain with images, which is really helpful.The app shows a history of cleaning cycles with maps. This helps to check if any areas were not cleaned.Cleaning and Maintenance: Expect that instead of cleaning the house daily, you will be washing the mopping pad every day and Cleaning Deebot once every week (depending on the size of your house). Cleaning will take around 30 to 40 minutes - remove all hairs from side brush, main brush and wheels, remove the dust chamber, remove the HEPA filter and wash the dust chamber, Wash the main and side brushes (if needed), Clean all the sensors of Deebot with a dry cloth, Let the washed accessories dry and then reinstall them. Also, remember that the investment in a robot is not a onetime cost. You will need to replace the accessories every 6-12 months based on the usage and maintenance. Great value for your time. The robot vaccum is as per our expectation. It cleans our complete floor in around 1-1:30 hours. The vaccum is done as per our expectation. We have got 2 issues since it has started working. The first problem occurred due to our negligence as it has been told in the booklet that we shouldn't vaccum it in wet places which hampered our floor sensor. With the online support team, it was handled within few days as everything was done through product virtual ID and it started working properly with a product update but the floor sensor had to be stopped. The other issue occurred recently when it started having issue with moving forward. I will try to update about it as it has occurred today morning and I have mailed the support team for help.

Laresar EVOL 3 It's really good and cleaning is awesome. The media could not be loaded. Hi l'm from Chennai, I was dependent on our servant, who suddenly stopped coming, Then I decided to go in for Robot Vacuum Cleaner, l got confused which brand to buy, so after comparing most of the available brands, I choose Laresar Evol 3, its looking good and it has good battery cleans our 2 BHK Home in just 40 minutes, it's amazing thing is it vacuums the floor superbly and mops the floor at the same time. After all the cleaning is done, l just need to press the HOME button the EVOL 3 goes to the charging dock on its own. An Amazing product, efficient and easy to use and at an affordable price. I've been using the ECOVACSHOME Robot for almost a month now, and it's an amazing product for the price. It does a fantastic job with both cleaning and mopping. On the first day, it took a while to learn the mapping routes of my rooms and missed a few spots. However, after a day, it adapted well and now cleans efficiently, even reaching the corners.One suggestion for improvement would be to include an extra mop cloth and the two cleaning brush in the package. Overall, it's definitely worth the buy—efficient and easy to use!

Decent Robovac to start with. The media could not be loaded. First about the delivery, the manufacturer packing was good and strudy. Over this, there was a protective box and again covered by Amazon Box, which was awesome.This Robovac is a very decent product to start with. Well built with good finishing. Compact charging station which does it's job. Suction power is good with standard, high and max+ variation options. Spot and Edge cleaning modes are really good. Under furniture cleaning is a plus, as long as the ground clearance is more than 8". Anti fall sensors does it's job. Amazed by it's mopping ability. Got my living room, kitchen and master bed room mopped in one glass of water (~250mL). Good water saving.Speed of movement is good enough. Completes a room of say 180 Sq.ft in 15 to 20 mins.Noise is very less. It's lesser than what I have posted in video, in reality.Ecovac app itself is super cool. Easy to connect and even in multiple phones. Excellent statistics about the Robovac running parameters and good controls just as much needed.A full charge last longer. I m yet to drain and check it.Easy to empty trash, clean the brushes, empty water from the Robovac itself.Things to be catious or aware about:You need to monitor it. It's a basic model. So, it doesn't remembers where it completed cleaning. At very rare times, you need pause and lift/place it at uncleaned location. Any thin cloth or paper lying in floor can get tangled in suction port. The main brush gets tangled at some times when lot of loose hairs are on floor. But you will get notifications for all of it.In short, given the fast life style, it's worth a buy.About the after sales demo, I had to bit stand on my nerve while dealing with Frootle support coordinator. After a rough patch could get an in-person visit for Demo. This took more than 48hours after the product is delivered. Amazon customer care is helpless on this part other than raising an internal log. Moreover Amazon gave an incorrect call centre number of Frootle and when I called, it landed to some Air quality products section and again they gave a different number for Ecovac.The person visited for demo, Mr. Koteswaran was awesome. Patiently explained about the product and clarified all our queries with smiling face even though it was a late evening visit. Kudos to this guy!If you are OK in semi automating you home floor cleaning process, then go for it without worrying about minor shortfall!

Smart Robo Vacuum Cleaner by Eureka Forbes. This is a handy, easy-to-use and effective vacuum cleaner.PROS:1. Value for money. Reasonable price among similar variants by other companies.2. Easy-to-use. Automatic mode can bypass unnecessary technical jargon.3. Good video demo by the Eureka team.4. Dry and Wet cleaning is quite effective.CONS:1. Can't save the MAP option. This variant doesn't allow to save the home map.2. The charger cable is not up to the mark. Could have been still better.3. Connecting to the Wi-Fi network at the first instance is a bit tricky, and expertise is required to finish it.4. Some parts appear to be very delicate. Need to take extra precautions while handling them.5. Smart Life app - this has limited features, and can be upgraded with more features.

Never buy this one. The media could not be loaded. What prompted me to write this is the pathetic service that too within warranty period.After 6 months of occasional use, the machine stopped abruptly one fine day. After multiple service requests, 3 weeks ago, the service guy took away my machine with him as it needed battery replacent assuring that they will return my machine in 3 working days. Its been 3 weeks, and even now I dont know whether I will get it back or not. Now local service centre people are reluctant to attend my calls. But i keep on getting feedback calls from call centre, use to tell them my issue, they will raise a complaint, the complaint raised will be closed automatically in 3 days and new feedback will come... this vicious cycle goes on as if I am stuck in a time loop.Regarding the machine:1. Easy to use, as it can be easily navigated via mobile app2. Sleek appearance3. It is meant to sweep small dust particles only. Hair/Toffee wraps/ small threads/ small snack particles .. will be stuck under the machine, without getting sucked inside.4. Corners are not entirely covered5. Charging is easy as it will go to charging portal automatically( Mine is not getting charged at all now)6. Again.. pathetic service even during warranty period.Verdict: This machine is never an alternative for conventional vacuum cleaner in terms of efficiency

Love it. We decided not to keep a help about 6 years ago. Reasons: so dependant on them, need to wait till they turn up, never know when they will not, sometimes wait till afternoon. In the meantime house is untidy and desperately crying for attention (in Bangalore, given the dust levels, dust and dirt accumulates if left for some hours!). Also the cleaning done by them, however good they are, leaves much to be desired, given the fact they work in several places.I've been using a manual vacuum cleaner for many years ever since they came to India (my trusty and dependable 35 year old Eureka Forbes one) for upholstery, carpets, windows and sometimes floors in my parents place first, then mine. So not new to vacuum cleaners.I've been planning to buy a robotic vacuum cleaner since about a couple of years now. Finally decided to invest in one, in great trepidation, as they are very expensive and if they don't clean as expected, it's a waste of a lot of money.After a lot of research, finally settled on ILife A80 model primarily as I wanted the best within 20 k, approx the cost of a mid range mobile, thinking that if it turns out great, I will buy a high end one after 3 or 4 years (bought during the Great Indian Festival Sale so got a very good discount). And I've not looked back or regretted since!Review after a month+ of use. Will edit later after a few months of use if there are any other comments that would help possible purchasers to make a decision.Pros:1. Excellent sales and customer support services. They called immediately after the delivery of my robot cleaner and arranged a demo at home. They frequently call to follow up on my experience and if I need any help.2. Demo was excellent and helpful.3. Programming and controlling the robot thru app or remote makes things so easy.4. It is very quiet, noise level is very minimal on least or within 25% suction setting.Vacuums up even the finest tiniest particle of dust or dirt and a lot of larger things like fallen peanuts, pieces / cuttings of paper (I read in a review that it doesn't but that's not been my experience) - other than of course A4 size or large crumbled balls of paper which anyway should be on a table or in a dustbin not lying around on the floor!), etc.In fact just to test it, I ran it for the first time after I myself had finished sweeping and mopping the floor. And the amount of dust it still managed to suck up was incredible! Actually I was shocked - it was so unbelievable!5. Sensors are very good, when it senses furniture in the way, it slows down. If it's a table or chair leg, it goes around the leg, cleaning as it goes under and around the legs.6. Love the mapping function. It follows it's own programming, and cleans apparently randomly, but far more effectively than a human. It first cleans all around the edges of the room then either goes up and down the length and width of the room or diagonally across it. Rarely repeats (though slightly overlaps the previous path - which is good, as anything that gets pushed outside it's reach the first time, gets picked up when it turns and comes back on the overlapping run).7. Can just be left to do its own thing - no supervising necessary 😄8. Saves a lot of my time, at least an hour or more a day + saves my back too!9. There are 2 different units for vacuuming dry and wet mopping. Easy to remove and interchange.10. Mopping is good enough for daily cleaning (again, given the dust in India). It has a tank capacity of 300 ml max, sufficient to clean my home. At the end of the cleaning there's barely any water left.11. Love the edge cleaning, spot cleaning, increasing or decreasing suction power and increasing or decreasing water usage for mopping functions provided. As well as manual control of direction when needed.12. Cleaning the robot vacuum is manual in this model - no self clean, but easy to do.13. Goes home by itself most times. Very rarely for some reason, gets a little confused even if it's just 2 to 3 feet away, and needs a little help. But that's very very rare. It eventually does find its way even if it's not helped.Love the way it quietly shuts off most of it's power and goes very slowly home to its docking station (like it's very tired after all the work it just did! Gives me a good laugh every time! 😂).Cons:1. Mopping of course (at least in this model) though good cannot be as good as a human mopping using a bucket of water, rinsing the mop often in between and changing water when it gets dirty. Since the mopping unit has only a small thin microfiber mopping cloth it cleans the entire house using this one cloth utilising the 300 ml of water in its tank. Though I'm very happy with this robotic vacuum cleaner, I still resort to manual mopping once a week (but that's just me!).2. Hard dirt stains on floors if any need to be cleaned manually either before or after, as the robot mopping is a gentle wiping motion not an actual scrubbing action.3. It would help if a small division in tank is provided for floor wash detergent or phenyl etc.4. I feel slightly larger side brushes (legs) would help clean the edges and corners better.All in all, very very happy with my robot vacuum cleaner. Es muy práctica de usar, limpia excelente, ayuda muchísimo en las labores de la casa cuando tienes perritos o gatitos por el tema de los pelitos y al descargarse regresa a su fuente de carga, NO es muy silenciosa, pero nada que perturbe. Como recomendación les comparto que hay que levantar tapetes, jergas, cables que posiblemente podrían enredarse en el robot.Para mi es una excelente inversión, estoy muy feliz con esta compra y por ello la recomiendo.NOTA: este modelo es solamente aspiradora.
